In-Store Overstock Final Sale Event 

When? Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8

VIP Friday from 3-8pm $10 per person & Saturday 9am-noon $10 per person

Where? 695 High St. Worthington (inside at BASH event space next to evolverie and outside covered area + tent area) * see below

Why? Bigger & Better this year! 

We have even more overstock than we did in 2024 (rough year) and we have a 2nd location opening in March. We need to make room for new pieces and funds to keep our sewers working at full capacity! $10 VIP tickets are sold to cover the cost for our rental space. 

BONUS? Purchase a $10 VIP ticket for either day and receive VIP perks! The ticket pays for itself! 

Is it worth a VIP ticket on Saturday? Will there be anything left? YES! We will restock the event + add in surprises after it ends on Friday with plenty to still shop! Most VIP try to come both days because it's that good both days! Truly! 

ALL TICKET SALE PROCEEDS WILL COVER THE RENTAL FEE FOR BASH EVENT SPACE

Final sale pieces will go online Monday, February 11

+ FINAL SALE all pieces sold AS IS & all seasons of clothing will be available. 

+ All items are final sale marked 35-75% OFF and looking to be moved 

+ No Fitting Rooms will be available at the final sale event within BASH. ****** PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ATTENDING 

We suggest wearing tight fitting clothing if you wish to try clothes on over your clothes. We will have several mirrors in a few areas of the space to use. 

+ Sizes XS-3X and sorted by size 

+ VIP receive extra special savings on all regular-priced pieces in the storefront in addition to already marked down prices and special grab bags full of amazing pieces at different price points in BASH. We will sell what is left of the grab bags after VIP on Saturday during free admission hours only

+ Shop previously launched pieces + pieces from Victoria Road and Evolverie that have never been seen or sold before all for final sale 35-75% discounted 

+ Drinks and snack provided during ticketed hours for VIP ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY 

+Sale will be held inside BASH event space (right next door to evolverie) Come to evolverie and we will direct you to the space * signage will be marked and check-in required to receive your VIP bracelet at the door 

+ VIP Tickets are valid for ALL FRIDAY & SATURDAY 9AM-NOON

+ VIP TICKET HOLDERS CAN USE THEIR PERKS INSIDE EVOLVERIE STOREFRONT ON BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY & FRIDAY VIP ALSO HAS ACCESS TO ENTER VIP ON SATURDAY AS WELL.

• NO TICKET REFUNDS ONCE A VIP TICKET IS PURCHASED. TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE TO SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT, CONSIDER IT A $10 DONATION TO A SMALL BUSINESS :)
• NO PAPER TICKETS REQUIRED. YOUR NAME WILL BE CHECKED UPON ENTERING. ALL PERSONS 13 AND OVER WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TICKET DURING VIP HOURS. NO EXCEPTIONS
• PLEASE LEAVE STROLLERS, SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS AT HOME FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AS THE SPACE WILL BE CROWDED AND WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE HURT. *SERVICE ANIMALS ARE AN EXCEPTION
• FINAL SALE = ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO CHANGE OF MIND. 

Evolverie storefront will extended hours and be open during event hours and VIP will be able to use their perks inside the storefront as well. Dressing rooms for clothing within the storefront will be available. 

All final sale items stay within the event space and will be cashed out at the event space. Final sale items cannot be transferred to evolverie storefront for trying on or to checkout. 

NEW THIS YEAR: Store credit will not be accepted @ the final sale event but are still accepted inside evolverie storefront during the event. Gift certificates are accepted. 

No bathrooms will be available for public use at evolverie storefront or BASH event space. 

Street parking is free. 

Free lot is located behind Worthington inn off of High and New England Ave.
