RETURN PROCESS
Please understand that we are a small local & sustainable business. We try to regularly bring new items into our store. We focus on quality over quantity for our customers. Due to the nature of using leftover fabrics and producing unique pieces in small batches, our product turnover is about 14 days.
Items purchased in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from date of purchase for store credit only. No exceptions. Store Credit expires one year from date of issue
Items purchased online are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. No exceptions. Store Credit expires one year from date of issue
Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are not able to accept the return/exchange. All sale items & items reduced 25% or more from the original pricing are FINAL SALE.
Items must be in original condition to be accepted for return. Items must be un-worn, un-washed with no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in-store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit will expire one year from issue date. Any new order placed using a return store credit will be final. Multiple returns upon original return credit will not be accepted.
