How do I initiate a return?
Click on the Returns & Exchanges located in the footer at the bottom of the page.
How do I find my size?
Included in each listing is a size guide, which we use to make our clothing.
Additionally, "find my size" can be utilized by entering in your personal measurements for recommendations on size. Sizing and fit are different. Refer to the fit bar on the listing for reference on fit based on model and customer feedback. Please use our free chat or contact email amy@evolverieclothing.com for FREE sizing help during regular business hours.
How long does my order take to ship?
We ship Wednesday-Saturday. Current stock items generally ship in 1-3 days. Backordered items are custom made and generally take 2 weeks for us to receive. If you order consists of in-stock and backordered items, to reduce our carbon footprint, we ship the order once backordered items are available. If you prefer 2 separate orders, please contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Worldwide shipping starts around $25 US.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge you as the customer to research your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. You will only be charged actual postage based on your order weight.

How do I redeem a physical gift card (not an e-gift card) online?
Enter in an 8 digit code on the checkout screen. Add 3 zeros prior to the number printed on the back of your gift card if you have an older card with only 5 digits. Please note * this does not apply to e-gift card redemption
How can I access my Store Credit balance?
If you have a Store Credit*, you can access your balance in several ways:
Online:
The balance is accessible via your customer account on our website.
Once logged into your account (using your email that was given at the time of sale, either online or in-store), navigate to the your Account page and view the Store Credit section.
There you can see:
- Total credit balance
- Recent store credit activity (issued, used, etc.)
Customers with store credit can also view the remaining balance of their credit at Checkout. When a customer is logged in and checking out, the value of store credit automatically displays in the Store credit section at checkout, where they can choose to apply it.
In-store:
We can access your customer profile at either of our store locations to verify if you have any remaining balance.
Store Credit from a return is good for one year from issue date and can be applied toward online or in-store purchases since it is connected to your customer account. That means no more tracking down an email order or merch credit number to find your Store Credit amount.
*Applies to Store Credit issued October 31, 2025 or after.
What if I love an item that is out of stock?
Become an evolverie subscriber. It's free to join with your email. Notifications will keep you updated on all new items.
All of our items are hand made using repurposed leftover fabrics and therefore our pieces are created in uniquely limited quantities. We are typically unable to restock a specific color/print of an item. Styles may be available again in different fabrics/prints and colors.
