After Hours Shopping Party!

 

In Store Shopping Party: 

Your guests join us for a private in store shopping event, usually before or after regular store hours. You and your guests can have the whole store to yourselves to shop and mingle!

We will provide light snacks and refreshments, and Amy will be on hand to help guests pick out the perfect outfits. Your in store party can also include an online coupon code so that out of town guests, or guests who can't make it to the event, can still join in on the sustainable shopping fun!

Friends & Family: Just a mixer with all of your nearest and dearest female friends and family! A fun way to get together and catch up – sometimes no reason is the best reason! Share your love of sustainable style! 

Girls Night Out: Heading out for drinks with friends? Host your own night out at evolverie. We'll turn on the tunes and help to personalize your night. 

Co-Worker Bonding: Get all the office ladies together for an after-work mingle/shopping experience. 

Instructional Wine Tasting: Book a sit-down instructional wine tasting with Drop-In Wines and use our space for FREE! 

Birthday Parties: What better way to celebrate a birthday then to go shopping in honor of the birthday girl? 

Book Club/Card Club/Garden Club: Switch up locations and host your next club get-together at evolverie. 

Bridal or Bachelorette Parties: Do some shopping with your bridal party and closest female guests in honor of the bride! Help her pick out her rehearsal dinner/bachelorette party/honeymoon outfit, + shop for yourself! *we can help you book with other local establishments for candle making, dinner and more! 

Fundraiser: Shopping for a cause! Donate your “rewards” to a charity or a particular cause instead of to a single host! 

Educational: Share slow fashion with your friends! A brief conversation about what it means to have an intentional closet that is ethically made and sustainably sourced, followed with socializing and shopping. 

As a special gift for the host, evolverie will provide everyone with a 10% discount during the event and the host will be generously awarded with store credits based on the total guest sales. To earn hostess credit, there must be a minimum of 5 buying guests (excluding the hostess) OR a minimum of $1000 in guest sales. Store credits can be redeemed at the party, or saved for a later purchase.

HOW SHOULD I INVITE MY GUESTS? 

Let us do the work! We can send you all of the files and graphics needed to put together the perfect digital invitation. Use this to text, email guests + create a FB event invitation to send.

Our location provides a lounge area with couch and chairs, tables, food display area, utility sink, mini fridge & street parking. 

You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and decor of your choosing if you wish to have something in addition to the free light snack and beverage provided.

We can offer you 10% discount for a wine delivery from Drop-In Wines with orders of 12+ bottles. The wine would be ordered via hostess delivered directly to evolverie prior to your event. 

Cocktail Napkins and small cups are provided. Any additional table service needed will be provided by hostess. 

Hosting is FREE and clean-up following the event is the responsibility of the hostess. Any damages done to the space during the event will be deducted from hostess rewards and is at the discretion of the owner of evolverie 

We require a credit card on file for any damages that may occur. 

What should I do to have a successful party? 

 

Step 1) Reach out to all your friends and gather the girls that are in need of a girls night and ready to shop! 

Step 2) Pick a date that works for you and your group for your Private Shopping Party. Parties are typically held after regular store hours or 6pm - 8pm and will have the store closed JUST for your party, but depending on the size of your party we may be able to arrange special hours for you! Popular themes are either weekday afternoon/nights for an after-work mingle, or a Mimosa's weekday/end morning for a brunch themed shopping party! Everyone does not need to arrive at once – guests can stagger throughout the event time, whenever is most convenient for them! For other party options, the dates and times are up to you!

Step 3) Once you’ve picked your date and time, make sure to promote, promote, promote your party! We suggest email & text invites (we will send digital options to you for free) and a Facebook invite to make sure you spread the word far and wide and get as many attendees to your party as possible (the more that come, the more rewards for you)!  Make sure to follow up with each guest personally via text or phone call to make sure they know how important their attendance is to you, and to confirm they will be coming!

Step 4) The day of, we're here to assist you with shopping. We'll provide a light snack and a refreshment or you can bring your own based on your theme. Clean up is hostess responsibility.
