Beautiful shirt, well made. The sizing is a little annoying

I'm so happy I bought this shirt, it's well constructed and I love the color. Based on the recommendations in the description I sized up (I maybe could have even gone 2 sizes, but I think it would have looked sloppy). Not sure I understand the logic of having people measure and go through sizing charts, instead of just relabeling for accurate sizing. It seemed like a gamble to buy it, which isn't a great feeling. Glad I did though!
