We recommend choosing your typical size and using the chest measurement as your base. Leave an additional 1.2 - 1 inch on each side seam. Example if you are a size 36 chest, choose size S 

CARE: Machine wash cold gentle cycle. LOW HEAT TUMBLE DRY or Hang/ lay flat to dry.

We recommend washing inside/out and air-drying will keep make your clothing last longer.
