Fabric has stretch, however, the neckline is double-faced so it does not slump over. In doing so, it has caused the neckline to not have stretch. 

Due to this, the top is not tight in the neckline once worn but is snug when pulling over head, which was not caught during quality control. We are zero-waste and decided best to offer with a 35% discount ~  it is still a great cozy top! ** We recommend adding your make-up after putting on (wink-wink)
