Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mature Retail Associate located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Retail Associate will assist customers in person, provide tailored shopping experiences, manage inventory, and maintain the store's visual standards. Duties will also include operating the point-of-sale system, addressing customer inquiries, keeping track of daily sales, and contributing to a customer-focused, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first attitude to ensure excellent Customer Experience
• Ability to handle Inventory Management tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proactive approach to delivering Customer-focused Service
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative retail environment

Part-Time Operations Assistant

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

10–15 hours/week | Hybrid (in-store + remote)

We’re looking for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes of a growing fashion brand — the details, the organization, the problem-solving, and the “figure it out” mindset.

This role is for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You’re curious, resourceful, and comfortable learning as you go — especially when it comes to platforms like Shopify.

You’ll work closely with the founder and become an extension of how the business runs day-to-day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Set up and manage product listings in Shopify

• Process and organize inventory (tagging, steaming, barcoding, quality checks)

• Prep products for photoshoots and launches

• Assist with visual merchandising + behind-the-scenes store operations

• Create graphics + short-form videos for social media

• Help build and send email campaigns

• Research and troubleshoot “how-to” tasks independently

• Jump into projects as needed (no two weeks look the same)

• You’re naturally organized and detail-oriented

• You enjoy figuring things out (Google/YouTube doesn’t scare you)

• You’re tech-comfortable or willing to learn quickly (Shopify, email platforms, etc.)

• You like a mix of hands-on + digital work

• You’re reliable and take ownership of your work
